Fast Reimbursement With Our New Automated Processing

Starting January 25, 2021, eScreen goes automated with email notifications for each invoice received and processed. Here are some details to help make sure your clinic is ready.

• We will send automated notifications to your clinic (remit) email address on file. Please contact eScreen at 800-881-0722 to verify or update this email address.
  
  
• Your clinics will receive an automated email notification, along with a copy of their invoice if exceptions are found that prevent payment on specific items. Below is a listing of those exceptions:
  
  

•  [TNF] - Test not found in our database. Please resubmit this invoice with a copy of the chain of custody for further research. If the collection is over 30 days, please also provide a copy of the certified Lab Report.
  
  
•   [NR] - Need completed result. Please resubmit this invoice with a copy of the completed result, for further research.
  
  
•  [TC] - Test canceled due to clinic error, unable to process for payment. Please credit charge.
  
  
•  [OS] - eScreen does not show record of previously receiving the result for this service. The test is now over 6 months old and therefore can no longer be processed for payment. Please credit this charge.
  
  
•  [NNA] - Not a National account, eScreen does not manage this client. Please contact the client for billing information.
  
  
•  [DNM] - eScreen does not manage this service for this client. Please contact the client for billing information.
  
  
• [PAID] - This service was either previously paid or set to be paid on your next payment.
  
  

• If no exceptions are found to prevent payment, your clinic will not receive a notification, and you can expect payment on the next check/ACH.
