New Health Record Archiving

We continue to enhance our user applications that promote efficiencies and dependable system performance. Beginning the first weekend of April 2022, occupational health records older than three years will be archived from the system. The extranet has a new check box giving users the option to retrieve archived records when searching for a Health eScreen™ result. Implementing this change will improve search time in our applications and limit exposure to donor information.

• By default, the find tool in the extranet does not include archived records. Users will check the
  box if looking for records older than three years.
• Updated MyeScreen™ messaging will direct users to contact eScreen or Account Management
  to obtain records older than three years. The MyeScreen application will not present
  archived records.
