Onsite Events Just Got Easier

UPDATED MYESCREEN SCHEDULING FOR ONSITE EVENTS


In May, you will see new modernized scheduling for onsite events. We are moving all event scheduling to MyeScreen and optimizing the online scheduling application. No more paper forms. Just login and schedule your event online.

Along with a new look, the new interface includes:

  • A new add event button
  • Simplified forms to easily schedule your event online
  • Easier access to your event history

The new interface will go live at the end of May 2021. Please do not enter any upcoming events you plan to schedule after May 20th. Hold these events so you can enter them through the new MyeScreen onsite scheduling tool.

The new scheduling interface includes an enhanced landing page where you can view recent requests and status.

Clicking the “ADD NEW” button on the landing page opens a new event scheduling page, with check box selection for the requested services.
