Change in xCup™ Service
NEW iSCREEN VISUAL X DRUG SCREEN
Dear Valued Partner,
Thank you for your continued partnership. As you may know, the next generation in drug testing, eReader™+ with the expanded panel eCup™+ device and a new desktop system, will be coming to your clinic soon
In preparation for the new eCup+, we have stopped manufacturing xCups, and they will no longer be available for order.
To continue providing rapid results for eScreen customers and clinic client customers, we are providing a rapid iScreen Visual X device.
The iScreen Visual X solution delivers xCup equivalent results to help your clinic bridge the gap between the remaining supply of xCups and the receipt of your new eReader+. It follows the familiar eScreen123™ mCup™ process enabling a rapid result if the cup screens negative at the clinic, with the same lab screening/confirmation process for non-negative cups.
Starting immediately, we will begin phasing out the ability to order our xCup product. If you opt-in to this program, you may continue using xCup inventory on hand but convert all future xCup orders to our new iScreen Visual X Drug Screen cup to minimize disruption of service offerings.
Here are some details about this new process:
- eScreen national clients will continue to order the xCup services available in their accounts. Those services will automatically be converted to Page 2 of 3 iScreen Visual X at your clinic.
- xCup services for your clinic clients will automatically convert to the new iScreen Visual X service at your clinic upon opting-in. Any Visual X specimens sent to the lab will be screened for analytes that match the original xCup service.
- iScreen Visual X has a drug menu that matches the xCup.
- Your collector will interpret the cup according to manufacturer instructions provided with the product and will enter results in eScreen123 as "Negative" or "Send to Lab."
Please click on the link below to opt-in to the program. By opting in, your clinic is agreeing that:
- Your clinic staff will complete any required training sessions prior to performing collection services using the iScreen Visual X cup.
- iScreen Visual X collection services will be remunerated at the same rate your clinic is currently contracted for xCup collection services.
- iScreen Visual X collection services will be governed by the current clinic services agreement contract in effect between eScreen and your clinic, and the person opting-in to the program has authority or proper authorization to bind clinic to these terms.
