Processing Quest Diagnostics Collections

Below are a few reminders to help you easily process Quest Diagnostics collections in eScreen123™.

Take Action

Update billing protocols to reflect eScreen™ reimbursement for ALL Quest Diagnostics lab collections.
Watch for various authorization forms presented by Quest Diagnostics lab customers.
- QPassport
- Employer specific authorization forms indicating Quest as the lab.
- Quest Diagnostics paper chain of custody forms. Convert them to eCCF.
Use the customer’s Quest Diagnostics lab account to start a collection, if an authorization form is unavailable or does not pull up an order.
Complete all Quest Diagnostics collections in eScreen123. Click the Test Complete button to finalize each collection.

Use eScreen barcode labels. Adhere the Federal sticker to the outside of the specimen bag for all regulated specimens.
