eCup+ Update
As mentioned earlier this week, we have been actively working to resolve a supply issue with our eCup+ product.
We have identified the root cause. However, we cannot fulfill any eCup+ orders for the next several weeks.
Actions we are taking:
- We are aggressively working to resolve the identified issue.
- With Abbot's high standards of excellence, we except this process will take up to 3 weeks to restart shipment of the eCup+ products.
What you can do:
- If an eCup+ is not available for testing, continue to use eScreen123 to initiate the drug test and follow the process for sending all specimens to the designated laboratory.
- If you have any further concerns, don't hesitate to contact your account manager for further assistance.
