eScreen123™ will soon display your clinic name and eScreen clinic ID
When logged into an account, your clinic name and eScreen clinic ID will appear in the top right-hand corner of eScreen123. This feature helps you:

  • Locate your eScreen clinic ID when contacting eScreen customer service or submitting for collection reimbursement.
  • Ensure you are logged into the right clinic to perform collections.

 

 

Collector name removed from donor copy of Quest Diagnostics eCCF
Quest Diagnostics collections will now automatically print two copies of the eCCF. The new donor copy will not display the collector’s name or signature. This change helps ensure the privacy of the collector.


IMPORTANT: The collector must always package the laboratory copy of the eCCF with a specimen to prevent
cancelled tests.
